Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Construction Management Representative (CMR), or Project Manager (PM)
Note: Process Division 01 submittals before holding Pre-Construction Conference. Refer to Section 1.0 for processing requirements.
- Monitor Construction Contractor's compliance with Division 01 submittals.
- Verify Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Supervisor is person named in accepted Quality Control Plan.
- Maintain updated copy of project schedule throughout contract. Monitor Construction Contractor's performance based on scheduled activities, resources on site versus scheduled, and timely execution of work.
- For each new work element, ensure safety training and equipment are provided as outlined in Accident Prevention Plan (APP).
