Do you enjoy hiking, paddling or fishing along the trails at the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area? Are you a frequent visitor at one of our 15 units, such as Cochran Shoals, Island Ford, or Gold Branch? Join the Trail Blazers volunteer group for the National Park Service. The goal of this program is to assist park visitors and to provide an additional set of eyes and ears for park staff along the 48-mile stretch of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. Sign up today for the four hour spring training course scheduled for April 4th and 6th, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Trail Blazers training course will be held at the Chattahoochee River Environmental Education Center, 8615 Barnwell Rd, Alpharetta.
