News Release Date: February 8, 2006 Golden Age, Golden Access and National Park Passes can be purchased at the entrance booth as well. Golden Access passes are free with proof of disability. Golden Age Passports are $10.00. Both of these passes are valid for a lifetime. The National Park Pass is $50 and is valid for one year. All three of these passes allow the bearer free entrance to any National Park unit in the country. Effective January 2007, the National Park Service will be implementing a servicewide entrance fee payment structure. This structure will standardize entrance fees at all units of the National Park Service. However, since the park is implementing this rate increase for the Wright Brothers Memorial in 2006 the entrance fee at Wright Brothers will not fall into the standardized rates until 2008. For further information, please contact Sue Titchenell, Park Fee Program Manager, at 252-473-2111 ext. 122. |
