Seneca Falls, NY –  Seneca Falls, NY – Let the world know your ideas on women's rights, civil rights, and human rights through art at Women's Rights National Historical Park on Saturday, July 19, and Sunday, July 20, in celebration of the First Women's Rights Convention held in 1848 in Seneca Falls, New York.

On both weekend days, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, kids of all ages can participate in a game of hopscotch in a sidewalk art activity. Using chalk, participants will personalize each square transforming the sidewalks into an interactive playground!

On Saturday, July 19, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, everyone can take part in the international art and literacy project,Pinwheels for Peace, by designing and 'planting' pinwheels to create a visual statement that raises awareness about inequality around the world. Park Intern Stephanie Cassidy describes her Pinwheels for Peace program, "The pinwheels will be symbols for the struggles of women around the world and will act as a reminder that the endeavors for human rights is far from over."

Also, on both Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Stephanie invites the community to practice the freedom of expression and participate in a collaborative Puzzle Mural project. Each participant will be provided with a larger than life-size puzzle piece to design. Each puzzle piece will fit together to create one completed mural which will be on display in the Wesleyan Chapel.

All programs will be held atWomen's Rights National Historical Park at 136 Fall Street in Seneca Falls, New York, and are free and open to the public.
