Horseback Riders on the Wire Road Trail

Horses and pack animals are welcome to ride at a walk or trot along the Ray Cornfield Trail, Wire Road Trail, Southwest Boundary Trail, and Manley Uplands Trail. Riding along the tour road or other walking trails is strictly prohibited.

Horse trailer parking is available at the first left turn after Stop 2. Overflow parking is available between stops three and four to the left of the tour road.

Physical maps and additional directions are provided at the front desk of the visitor center.

Manure, straw, and hay left in parking areas and trailheads must be transported out of the park. Use of horse-drawn attachments is prohibited.
