Description: The 2017 hurricanes severally impacted the shorelines and mangroves of Virgin Islands National Park. In an effort to restore the shorelines, the NPS will begin coral reef propagation, growing mangrove trees to relocate in the future, and working to treat Stony Coral Tissue Loss Disease throughout the park.
