Take Me Fishing
Learn to fish with us this summer!
Join park staff Sunday afternoons in June and July for some FREE family fun. Catch some fish, learn about the river, and earn a Junior Angler badge. All fishing material and bait are provided. Activities available from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
Participants can drop-in at the Kelly House Barn at the Blackstone River State Park. This structure is located just down the towpath from the Kelly House Transportation Museum. Free parking is available at this site.
Registration is not required and the program is free and open to all ages/skill levels.
This program will be offered on 6/8, 6/15, 6/22, 6/29, 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, & 7/27.
A portable toilet is available at this site.

This is an outdoor program. Individuals must travel about 100 yards from the parking lot to arrive at the structure where this program is hosted. Individuals will have to walk along a crushed gravel path. This service is stable, but can get muddy if it has recently rained. Chairs and seating are available in the barn space. A portable toilet is available adjacent to the barn.
