Los Alamos: Tour Behind the Fence
LOS ALAMOS NATIONAL LABORATORY
Los Alamos National Laboratory, in collaboration with the Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration Los Alamos Field Office and the National Park Service, offers public tours of significant Manhattan Project sites behind the fence.

Tours are offered on select dates just a few times per year. Each tour lasts approximately four hours, with two tours offered per day and a maximum of 30 participants per tour.

Accessibility Information
Due to the nature and location of the tour, participants must be able to walk short distances, stand for 30 minutes, climb stairs, and traverse over uneven surfaces. One of the historic properties on the tour has stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible. The stairs and uneven terrain could create hazards for participants with vision impairments.
