Diablo East Nature Trail
The Diablo East Nature Trail is a short trail to hike on to see the Amistad Reservoir. It is a loop trail and is easy to moderate in difficulty. The trailhead can be found at the corner of the parking lot at Diablo East, just down the sidewalk from the Ranger Station. .

The trail is on fairly level terrain. The trailhead has 4 large steps that one must go down to start hiking on the trail. The surface of the trail is dirt and gravel.
