"I Spy Materials" is a 30 minute program on-site at the Prairie Acadian Cultural Center in Eunice, Louisiana. Students will learn about the different types of natural materials and how they were used by people in Louisiana. Students will go through the museum and try to find the materials in artifacts.

Through this education program, students will practice identifying different textures and materials. They'll learn about the different natural resources in Louisiana and their uses.

Students work in pairs to find all of the materials listed on our I Spy sheet in the museum. Students then come back to the rangers and discuss where they found the objects and what they were used for.
