U.S. Park Police Vehicle Pursuit

 

Washington, DC – At approximately 2:02 pm a U.S. Park Police officer was advised by a motorist that their vehicle was shot at and identified the suspect vehicle; a gold Lexus. U.S. Park Police and neighboring agencies pursued a gold Lexus from W/B Suitland Parkway in the area of Branch Avenue. The pursuit ended at approximately 2:46 pm N/B 295 south of Oxon Cove with one arrest. USPP also recovered a firearm.


At this time it is unknown as to the initial cause of the incident.


U.S. Park Police Detectives request the public's assistance in locating the victim in this incident believed to be operating a red sedan with bullet hole damage to passenger side front fender.
