Office of Budget and Financial Management
The Office of Budget and Financial Management is responsible for all fiscal activities of the Force including payroll, travel, imprest funds, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. It ensures proper cost accounting, performs routine audits of Force expenditures, prepares and analyzes variance reports, and generally performs all the activities associated with a full-service accounting operations unit. The Office of Budget and Finance is located at 1100 Ohio Dr., SW., Washington, DC.
Technical Services Branch
The Technical Services Branch is comprised of the Body Worn Camera (BWC) Program Office, WMA Dispatch Operations Unit, the Fleet Management Office, The Information Technology (IT) Office, the Physical Security Office, the Property Management Office, the Telecommunications Office, and the Records Management Office. The Commander, Technical Services Branch, serves as a liaison with appropriate officials of the Department of the Interior and the National Park Service in connection with emergency communications systems within the Department.

Training Branch
The Training Branch consists of the Washington Metropolitan Area Training Section and the recruit and specialized training staff as well as Detailed Instructors at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia, the Recruit Training Group at FLETC, and the U.S. Park Police instructors detailed to FLETC. The primary function of the Training Branch is to provide and coordinate all training activities of the Force.
