** 2 Car Motor Vehicle Crash 2 Fatalities, 1 Critical**

On Thursday December 12, 2013 United States Park Police officers responded to N/B Baltimore Washington Parkway south of route 202 for a report of a 2 car collision. Upon arrival units found a Ford steak body truck on the right shoulder of the ramp to 202 and a white infinity on its roof in the north bound travel lanes.

The male driver and female passenger of the Ford truck left the scene on foot but were later located with minor injuries.

2 female passengers of the Infinity were pulled from the vehicle and pronounced soon after. They were identified as Ange D’Angela Barbour 21 yrs. old and Kiana Lorrane Wiggins 34 yrs. old.

A male passenger; Seth DeBose was transported to Prince George’s Hospital Center (PGHC) and is listed in critical condition. The driver of the Infinity identified as Charles J. Wiggins 33 yrs. old was cut from the vehicle and transported to PGHC, treated for minor injuries and admitted for observation.

The operator of the Ford, Terry Dean TRICE, was later found to have an outstanding warrant for probation violation for Homicide. He is in custody at PGHC for the probation violation warrant.
