Honoring a principal author and signer of the United States Constitution, Charles Pinckney National Historic Site preserves one of the plantation properties of this Founding Father. Located along the coast of South Carolina, the 28-acre site educates visitors about Pinckney’s 40 years of political influence in the area as well as plantation life in the late 1700s.
