Special park uses include filming, still photography, and audio recording; special events; First Amendment activities; agriculture and grazing; and rights-of-way. These activities may require a permit. The purpose of these permits is to ensure that permitted activities do not cause unacceptable impacts to park resources, conflict with other permitted activities or user groups, and minimize negative impacts on the visitor experience.
