Park Hours

Salinas Pueblo Missions National Monument is open 7 days a week year-round except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.
Hours for Mountainair Headquarters, Abó, Quarai and Gran Quivira sites are 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

Camping is not permitted in Salinas Pueblo Missions National Monument.

Salinas Pueblo Missions is closed three days out of the year: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. The park may also be closed due to inclement weather when visitor and staff member safety is an issue. Please call ahead or check the park Facebook Page to check the status on days of heavy wintry weather.
