How to Share Your WWII Home Front StoryThe Allied victory during World War II was greatly supported by the contributions and sacrifices of the men and women working on the American Home Front. Women who worked in defense industries became known as "Rosie the Riveters," a name inspired by a popular song written in 1942. While our park's name begins with "Rosie the Riveter," we are dedicated to collecting a wide range of stories related to the American Home Front. Your unique perspective and memories of the World War II Home Front are invaluable. Please consider sharing your story with us.
