Size: 8-11”
Description: Gray-brown back and wings, orange belly, dark gray head, white eye ring and yellow beak.
Migratory Status: Year-round residents of Rocky Mountain National Park.
Habitat: Live in urban areas, open woodlands and areas with juniper and fruit-bearing shrubs to 11,500 feet in summer and lower in winter.
Diet: Eat a variety of foods including earthworms, insects and berries.
