Holders of National Park Service passes (annual pass, access pass, senior pass) receive free parking, but other visitors must pay the hourly rate for parking in the Tredegar Iron Works lot. Park passes are not available for sale at Tredegar Iron Works. Allow 20 minutes to complete the trail. The visitor center contains exhibits, a relief map of the fort, and a short film about the battle.
