National Park Week is an annual presidentially proclaimed week for celebration and recognition of Your National Parks. National Park Week is April 18-26, 2009.
Children and families visiting the Civil War Visitor Center at Tredegar Iron as well as one thousand students from local schools will participate in special activities throughout the week to celebrate the National Park Service and the role we all play in protecting it. Celebrate with us. Walk the historic trails, discover battlefields, explore the famous Tredegar Iron Works, and participate in a podcast tour or ranger-guided tour.
Experience your America. Celebrate National Park Week!
