  Irene and her husband, Justin, have been handcrafting silver jewelry for more than 30 years. Today their business is a family affair, with their 4 children also participating as silversmiths. They have had their share of hard times over the past 30 years and they credit their success to a positive mindset, saying "you keep your mind on the Creator and keep laughter close".
