We live in a gorgeous place, let’s keep it that way! Join rangers and boat captains for a two-day clean-up event in Bullfrog. Participate both days, one day, or a half day. Whatever you can do is appreciated.
Meet on shore at 7:45 am at the entrance to the Bullfrog Marina and covered slips. Look for the NPS shade structure. We’ll get everyone signed in as volunteers, talk about safety, prepare gear, and receive some event goodies. The days will be spent collecting litter along shorelines and other impacted areas. Saturday's clean-up concludes at 2:00 pm with a BBQ sponsored by concessionaire Aramark.
Be ready for a day in the sun. Wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes, a hat, sunglasses and sunblock, and clothes appropriate for the weather. Bring a snack and a water bottle.
This weekend kicks off National Park Week. There are events happening at parks nationwide.
