Join local photographic artist Paul Richardson for a one-hour walk downtown!
Together, we'll discover locations to create meaningful photographs in Lowell. The walk with begin at the Lowell National Historical Park Visitor Center (246 Market St). The program is free, but space is limited and reservations are required. Please call 978-970-5000.
