If your pictures never quite capture the beauty of the scenes before you, Mike Murphree's nature photography walk may have the answer to better photography, whether you use an expensive camera, a cell phone, or a point-and-shoot for your photos. Space is limited so reservations are required; call 504-689-3690 ext. 10. Sign up for one walk or more---walks are also scheduled for Saturdays January 12 and February 9.
The Barataria Preserve is located at 6588 Barataria Blvd. in Marrero (near Crown Point).
