Description

Making a Cajun Jambalaya is a presentation by the Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve, the New Orleans Jazz National Historical Park and the French Market District.

This program combines live music with a cooking demonstration.

Cajun musicians T Marie & Bayou Juju Duo will perform and Warren Perrin, co-author of Acadie Then and Now: A People’s History, will present a cooking demonstration of Cajun Jambalaya.
