Description
The Shenandoah Valley Battlefields Foundation (SVBF) is leading a caravan tour of the Second Battle of Winchester in commemoration of the anniversary of these battle. This Confederate victory opened the 1863 Gettysburg Campaign.
Several battlefield properties in Winchester are part of the Shenandoah Valley Battlefields National Historical District. SVBF is a key partner of the National Park Service.
