Description
THE MANDOLEERS
The Mandoleers, founded in Takoma Park, MD, in 1923 as the Takoma Mandoleers, perform contemporary music for mandolin orchestra as well as arrangements of classical and popular tunes. The group also preserves the tradition of music composed for mandolin orchestra in the early 20th century.
