Join Matthew Shumar and Ryan Trimbath for a discussion on dark skies and wildlife.

Matthew Shumar, program coordinator of the Ohio Bird Conservation Initiative, will share information about the Ohio Lights Out campaign. Cuyahoga Valley National Park Biologist Ryan Trimbath will discuss local and national efforts to study and protect nocturnal wildlife in national parks.

In anticipation of the eclipse in April 2024, the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park has launched a speaker series called "Exploring Dark Skies". Join us for these presentations as we gear up for this exciting event.
