Virginia 250 Commemoration Event
The Sons of the American Revolution, James Wood II Chapter will present a ceremony in honor of the Revolutionary War veterans who participated in the Battle of Cowpens and Daniel Morgan’s efforts during the battle. There will be a three round musket salute and presentation by Mark Robinson, President Emeritus, Sons of the American Revolution, James Wood II Chapter.
The ceremony will be held at Daniel Morgan’s gravesite in Mount Hebron Cemetery, Winchester, VA.
Event is free and open to the public.
