Trailhead

Take this hike to a spectacular viewpoint at the site of a former fire tower. The trail is rocky and the return is a bit steep. Pets must be on a physical leash no longer than 6 feet at all times.

Difficulty: Easiest (hiking difficulty scale)
Hiking Time: 2 hours
Elevation Gain: 450 feet

Hike Description

  1. From the trailhead just up the hill from the Skyland Amphitheater (mile 42.5), take the Millers Head Trail to the viewpoint.
  2. Retrace your steps down the Millers Head Trail to return to your starting point.
