This stop includes a wayside exhibit about ice rafted erratics, evidence left behind by the Missoula Floods at the end of the last Ice Age. Have a look at the rocks around you. Do the gray rocks across the gulley seem out of place? Some should, these gray ice rafted erratics have travelled hundreds of miles to be here with you.
