Location:
From Wilbur, WA: Travel west on US-2 for 4.5 miles. Turn left onto Govan Road. Follow Govan Rd. south for 5.4 miles. Turn right onto Lewis Bridge Rd. After 1 mile turn left onto Union Valley Rd. Travel ½ mile to the parking area, which is on the right (west) side of the road. The parking lot is the nature trail trailhead. Plan on a 1.5-to-2-hour drive from Spokane.

This remote creek drainage includes a small parking lot, and nearly ½-mile interpretive nature hiking trail. Recreation activities include hiking, nature study and hunting. This tract of land is along Wilson Creek on of the many drainage's of the 40 mile wide Telford-Crab Creek Scabland Tract. During the Ice Age floods water rushing into Glacial Lake Columbia would overflow its southern boundaries and massive amount of flood water would role through this section of Washington State.
