Enjoy the white sands and emerald green waters of the gulf or the calm waters of the sound. The Opal Beach Complex located in the Santa Rosa Area of Gulf Islands National Seashore is a great place to boat, fish, and swim.

Cluster A is the western-most cluster of pavilions on the Gulf-side of the Opal Beach Complex. This is one of four pavilions in the complex that can be reserved by visiting the permits page. 

Lifeguards are on duty in this area May through September. Please stay off of the dunes and out of shorebird enclosures. Camping and overnight parking is not permitted. Pets, glass, and driving not permitted on the beach.
