Commercial Use Authorizations (CUAs) are limited authorizations issued by the National Park Service (NPS) to commercial groups (individuals, corporations and other entities) to provide specific services to park area visitors. Commercial services authorized under a CUA must be determined to be an appropriate use of the park; have minimal impact on park resources and values; and be consistent with the purpose for which the unit was established. CUAs are required for:temporary food vending, guided commercial trips including fishing, hunting, hiking, and horse rides. Other services may be considered for a CUA and are subject to approval.
COMMERCIAL USE AUTHORIZATION INFORMATION AND APPLICATION Park Specific Terms and Conditions In addition to the general conditions found in all NPS administered CUAs, park specific requirements may apply as well.
