If you are interested in conducting business activities within Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, such as providing commercial visitor services, commercial filming and photography, non-profit organization activities, or holding a special event, you must first apply for, and obtain a Special Use Permit, Filming Permit, or Commercial Use Authorization.

Special Use Permits are required for nontraditional or unusual uses and activities, such as weddings or special events.

Filming Permits are required for any commercial filming or still photography in the park.

Commercial Use Authorizations are required of all operators who provide any and all good, activities, agreements, or other services to the general public which take place, at least in part, in the park.
