Rebecca LaTour selected as management and program analyst for NPS Fire and Aviation

Becky LaTour is the new management and program analyst for the National Park Service Division of Fire and Aviation.

Rebecca “Becky” LaTour began her new position as a management and program analyst for the National Park Service (NPS) Division of Fire and Aviation in mid-January 2024. She most recently had served in a long-term detail as the executive assistant for the state director of the Bureau of Land Management, Idaho.

She began her federal career with the USDA Forest Service (USFS) in 1999 serving 21 years in budget, finance, property management, and contracting. She continued her career in the USFS as a Center Services assistant and Support Services supervisor before moving to BLM Idaho in 2020 as secretary for the deputy state director of Support Services.

Becky lives in Middleton, Idaho. She has two grown children, three grandchildren, and a dog named Spike. She enjoys beachcombing, camping, and crafting with her grandchildren in her spare time.
