Horse Riding RegulationsThis is where you can find the rules for riding horses in park, including where to park trailers. Revolutionary War Reenactments in National ParksNinety Six National Historic Site hosts volunteer Revolutionary War groups. These groups follow strict guidelines as to the context of the camps, equipment displays, and any demonstration where historic weapons are discharged. Park hosted "living history events" are by invitation to specific groups and do not entail any battle recreations, which are prohibited on Federal property. Firearms in National ParksAs of February 22, 2010, a new federal law allows people who can legally possess firearms under applicable federal, state, and local laws, to legally possess firearms in this park. Federal law also prohibits firearms in certain facilities in this park; those places are marked with signs at all public entrances. |
