Record of Determination for Road Closures Associated with Rolling to Remember 2022

The National Park Service is imposing a temporary closure of Arlington Memorial Bridge, Constitution Avenue from 23rd Street to 15th Street NW, Maine Avenue SW to Independence Avenue SW, Independence Avenue SW between 15th -23rd Streets, Ohio Drive SW from Inlet Bridge to Independence Avenue SW, West Basin Drive SW, Rock Creek Parkway from Virgina Avenue south to Ohio Drive SW, Lincoln Memorial Circle, 23rd Street SW, 23rd Street NW in conjunction with the annual Rolling to Remember first amendment demonstration on Sunday, May 29, 2022, from approximately 9:30 am to approximately 5:00 pm. Specifically, in conjunction with the Rolling to Remember First Amendment demonstration, the National Mall and Memorial Parks roadways from 3rd Street to 17th Street NW including Jefferson and Madison Drives will be closed on Sunday, May 29, 2022 from approximately 6:00 a.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m. These closures are delineated in the following map. Violation is prohibited. The National Park Service appreciates the public's cooperation in this matter.
