Agreements between labor unions and the railroads defined wages and benefits. Members of the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees built and maintained tracks, bridges, buildings, and other railroad structures. This copy belonged to George Wasalinko, whose daughter worked at Steamtown National Historic Site.
