The walking trail is open from sunrise to sunset, every day of the year. This 1.6 mile trail features outdoor exhibit signs that interpret the site's historic structures and landscape. Pets and recreational vehicles are prohibited on the trail. Service animals and motorized scooters for people with disabilities are allowed. Please be aware of bees, snakes, and other animals that may be encountered in the area-- stay safe and stay away from wildlife. Tours for Schools and Large GroupsSchools and other educational groups may request tours outside of regular visitor center hours, including the Fall and Spring months.
