A field trip to Lincoln Boyhood allows students to literally walk in the footsteps of a young Abraham Lincoln as they wander the grounds where he grew up.
VIP/Susan Wilson
Plan to bring your class to Lincoln Boyhood for a ranger-guided field trip, or have a ranger present a program at your school! Call the park at 812-937-4541 to set up your visit! Registration is open year-round for Fall and Spring programs. Please be aware that ranger program schedules, hours of operation and ranger availability change with the seasons, so contact the park (812-937-4541) if you have any questions regarding trip logistics or to schedule your visit.
Let your class experience the past and learn about pioneer life of the 1820s at our Living Historical Farm. Your students will walk in the footsteps of Abraham Lincoln when he was a boy growing up. Tours also include a ranger-guided program at the park's Memorial Building and museum, as well as a private viewing of the 15-minute film titled "Forging Greatness: Lincoln in Indiana."
