Sunset Paddle and Hike at National Lakeshore

Date: June 15, 2018

Join a ranger for a leisurely hike and a sunset paddle on Thursday, June 21, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.The hike will take you through the beautiful oak savanna of Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore’s Miller Woods and the paddle is on the tranquil Marquette Lagoon at the end of the trail. Limited to 20 participants. Make reservations at 219-395-1824. Meet at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore’s Douglas Center.
 
The Paul H. Douglas Center for Environmental Education is located in the western portion of the national lakeshore at 100 North Lake Street, about one mile north of U.S. Highway 12 in the Miller neighborhood of Gary.
