Join staff from the Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant, Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore and the Dunes Learning Center for an engaging professional development workshop on aquatic invaders. The workshop takes place from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., Saturday, September 10 at the Douglas Center for Environmental Education in Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore. The workshop is free, and stipends are available to educators who get their students involved in stewardship activities. This fun workshop will involve lots of activities, outdoor exploration along the shore of Lake Michigan, and a free lunch.
