Join a ranger for a sunset and campfire program on Friday, September 13, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Indiana Dunes National Park’s Kemil Beach. The program will start at the Kemil Beach parking lot, followed by a short walk to the beach. If you arrive late, please walk to the beach to join the event. Enjoy a gorgeous sunset on the beach while sitting around a campfire listening to live music. Please bring a blanket or beach chair to sit on. Dress comfortably and bring a jacket as it can be cool at night by Lake Michigan.
The Kemil Beach parking lot is located on East State Park Road (300 E), about one mile north of U.S. Highway 12, in Beverly Shores. For more information on this or other programs at Indiana Dunes National Park, call 219-395-1882 or visit our website at www.nps.gov/indu and our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/
