PORTER, IN – The National Park Service is requesting expressions of interest (RFEI) in developing the historic Bailly Homestead within Indiana Dunes National Park. The RFEI allows interested parties an opportunity to review the property, facilities, and park area and to submit their concept(s) of potential future use of the facility, considering the park’s purpose and building’s significance. The National Park Service may choose all or part of the content of one or more responses to the RFEI for further consideration and possible development into a public solicitation that would then be advertised to the public, inviting all qualified candidates to submit proposals for the operation.

The National Park Service will hold site visits, by appointment only, on February 12th, 16th, and 23rd, 2024, between 10:00am and 2:00pm Central Time.

Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Steven Rossi, Concessions Management Specialist, via email, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Time on March 1st, 2024.
