Porter, IN--Visitors, fans, and supporters of Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore can help the park win a $100,000 grant by voting online for “America’s Favorite Park.” Vote at www.livepositively.com before August 31. There is no limit on the number of times you can vote.

The contest is part of a partnership between the National Park Foundation, the official charity of America’s national parks, and Coca-Cola. In addition to the grant, Coke is matching donations made to the National Park Foundation at www.livepositively.com, up to $25,000.

“Every day someone tells me that Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore is their favorite park,” said park Superintendent Costa Dillon. “This is a great opportunity for our visitors, the local community, and our park partners who love this place as much as we do to vote their feelings. With their help, we will have $100,000 to invest in making sure that every visitor has a great experience.”

Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore is one of 392 national parks across the country. Learn more about your favorite park – or explore a new one – on the National Park Service’s website.
