Bailly Homestead and Chellberg Farm Open Houses and Cemetery Tour at the National Lakeshore

Join rangers at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore for an afternoon of exploring our historic homesteads on Sunday, September 3, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Meet at 12:00 pm in the Bailly / Chellberg parking lot for an informative 90-minute hike to the Bailly Cemetery. After the hike, explore the interiors of both historic homes and homesteads from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm. Learn about early settlers and farmers who came to this region in the 1800s. Be sure to bring the kids at 4:00 pm to help feed the farm animals at Chellberg Farm.
 
The Bailly Homestead / Chellberg Farm main parking lot is located on Mineral Springs Road between U.S. Highway 20 and U.S. Highway 12 in Porter, Indiana.
