Katie Lawhon, Gettysburg National Military Park
News Release Date: September 24, 2013 Gettysburg National Military Park recently recognized two members of the staff for outstanding performance. Lucas Harmon was recognized for overseeing the parking operations during the battle anniversary events. Harmon and his team parked more than 30,000 vehicles during four days of special events with no accidents. Jared Frederick was recognized for creating graphic designs for the park’s social media sites that were highly effective in increasing the public’s awareness of special park programs and events. Bob Kirby, Gettysburg National Military Park superintendent, presented the awards. |
