Winter visiting hours at Eisenhower National Historic Site

The Eisenhower National Historic Site will change to its winter visiting hours starting Tuesday, January 2, 2018. Winter hours remain in effect until March 1. The grounds will be open daily from 9 am to 5 pm. Access for visitors driving to the site will be through the main gate on Millerstown Road. On-site parking will be available at the Reception Center. Visitors will be able to experience the site grounds and take advantage of outside interpretive signs and visit the stops on the site audio tour.

Guided tours of the Eisenhower Home with a National Park Service Ranger will be available to the public on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, at 10 am and 2 pm. Visitors may drive directly to the site, park, and meet theRanger near the parking lot at the Citco Gas Pumps to begin the tour.

During the winter season there are days that the site is closed or has a delayed opening due to inclement weather. Please call 717-334-1124 for the latest information on park closings.

Eisenhower National Historic Site preserves and interprets the home and the farm as a fitting and enduring tribute to the life, work, and times of General Dwight David Eisenhower and to the events of far reaching importance which occurred on the property.
