Request for Bids for Mobile Food, Beverage Vending and Equipment Rentals at Sandy Hook

The National Park Service (NPS) is requesting bids to lease designated areas in the Sandy Hook unit of Gateway National Recreation Area in connection with the sale of food, beverage, and/or convenience items, non-motorized watercraft, and beach equipment rentals. Site tours are available upon request. Please email [e-mail] if you'd like a site tour or if you have questions.

The initial deadline for bids is Monday, May 9 at 1 p.m., but the NPS may accept bids until all sites available under the Request for Bid (RFB) are leased.

Bids must be submitted electronically to [e-mail] by May 9, 2022 at 1 p.m. The subject line should include the following: BID – Sandy Hook Mobile Operations RFB. Bid submissions will not have been deemed received until NPS issues a written response confirming submission. Telephonic bids, faxes, and other means of transmittal will not be considered.
